Across the African Diaspora, tables have long been places where community is built, stories are shared, wisdom is passed down, burdens are lightened, and joy is multiplied. Every gathering becomes an opportunity to remember who we are and whose shoulders we stand upon.
As I celebrate my 51st journey around the Sun, I invite you to gather with me—to eat, laugh, dance, celebrate, and pour into one another.
Because when we gather with intention, something beautiful happens.
The energy grows.
The love expands.
Community deepens.
The blessings multiply.

The Turquoise Table has been intentionally designed as an intimate gathering, and every place setting has been thoughtfully prepared. Because seating is limited, your RSVP is important. While the RSVP deadline is Monday, August 24, 2026, reservations will close once we’ve reached capacity.
